- Grease a mould, put 2 -3 tsp batter in each cup,meanwhile pre heat an oven at 200 °c for 10 minutes. Top some grated cheese on muffin tops.
- Bake at 180°c for 12 minutes. Take out and leave for cooling.
- Serve with sauce /chutney.
