- Take a deep vessel. Add all ingredients one by one except rice flour. Keep to boil.
- Let the water boil
- Now add the rice flour
- Switch of the gas and mix well with a spatula
- The mixture should be mixed well without any lumps.
- Cover with lid and keep aside. Now keep sesame seeds ready on a clean surface. Oil to dip your fingers.
- Keep oil to heat for deep frying
