- After 1 hour knead dough again until you get semi soft consistency. Take ball shape dough, dust it in flour and roll gently.
- Roll dough thin. Spread ghee, red chutney (paste) uniformly on rolled dough. Now again roll it perfectly and then make it round. sprinkle chopped coriander, mint, basil leaves,& nigella seeds. press everything gently and then make it round with the help of rolling pin.
- Flip over and roll gently on hot tawa. Press it and also sprinkle nigella seeds, coriander leaves and cook both sides properly.
- After 2 minutes our naan is ready to serve with green chutney, sauce, cucumber raita.
