Take the water of chickpeas….nw let it boil for 5 mins…finally add in some julian ginger n green chilies n garam masala for tawa naan…mix all the ingredients together n make a soft dough n give it a rest for at least an hr…after that small balls n make quite thick roti n on one side spray it with water n put the wet side of roti on the tawa. Tawa should not be very hot…when one side is cooked for abt 20 sec on medium flame then turn the tawa on the flame….once ot turns light brown..
