- Now take a jar add cashews,popy seeds water and make the paste
- Now take a another pan add oil,cumin seeds
- Add onion paste, ginger garlic paste and saute it
- Add all spices and mix well
- Now add tomato paste and saute it
- Add cashews,popy seeds paste and mix well
- Add malai, milk and cook it and gravy is reay
- Take a serving plate add gravy, kofta and garnish it
- Now take a big bowl add,wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar,salt and make the dough with the help of curd and milk
- And rest it for 2 hours with wet cloth
- After that take a small ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin and spred the kalonji,coriander leaves snd press it and again roll it
- Now turn the back side of naan and spread the water
- Heat the tava and naan put on the tava and roast it
- Serve hot with kofta.
