  11. Add malai, milk and cook it and gravy is reay
  12. Take a serving plate add gravy, kofta and garnish it
  13. Now take a big bowl add,wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar,salt and make the dough with the help of curd and milk
  14. And rest it for 2 hours with wet cloth
  15. After that take a small ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin and spred the kalonji,coriander leaves snd press it and again roll it
  16. Now turn the back side of naan and spread the water
  17. Heat the tava and naan put on the tava and roast it
  18. Serve hot with kofta.
