Today's recipe is a variation of my favorite brownie base. There's one cup of sugar in this brownie recipe because Nutella itself is quite sweet. Instructions to make Nutella brownies:

  3. Add the baking powder and salt to the flour and mix well. Alternatively you can also sieve it to remove lumps.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the Nutella and eggs and whip until everything is nicely mixed.
  5. Tap the tin on a flat surface to remove air bubbles. Bake it for 25 minutes at 180 deg C in a preheated oven. Baking time may vary slightly in different ovens. So keep checking after 15 minutes.
  6. The cake is done when a dry fork inserted in it comes out clean or with a few crumbs.
