  11. Prepare 1/4 cup butter
  12. Prepare 1/4 cup brown sugar and castor sugar
  13. Make ready 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  14. Take 3/4 cup Maida
  15. Take 1/8 tsp baking soda
  16. Get Pinch or 1/4 tsp baking powder
  17. Get as required Little milk to bind dough
  18. Make ready As required Chocolate chip

Instructions to make Vanilla triangle & stuffed nutella cookies:
  1. Add powder sugar to butter and mix well. Now add vanilla essence then maida. After mixing all ingredients, - Split the mixture into two part.Add Pinch of baking powder in both mixture. - Now add little milk in one portion for making dough.
  2. Add Food colour and little milk in another portion to make colour dough. keep colour dough on butter paper and then put another butter paper on it. - Roll on colour dough. - Cut shape. Brush each cut shape by water and joined them on one another. After joining them I cut these all shapes in triangle by knife. Then wrapped in a butter paper and keep it in refrigerator for 20 min.
  3. After 20 minute remove butterpaper and cover colour dough shapes with plain dough from all outside and again wrapped it in butter paper. - Refrigerate for 30 minute before cutting. Now for Preheat Pan. Spread salt on the bottom of pan then place a small dish/rack on it and heat on high flame for 7 mins. Cut all cookie at 1/2 cm thickness.
  4. After cutting, place them on greased baking sheet kept on plate. - Now put this plate on rack kept inside preheated Pan. Heat on low heat for about 20-25 minute. Yours Vanilla triangle cookies are ready.
  5. Recipe for stuffed Nutella cookies. - Mix butter, brown sugar, castor sugar, vanilla essence. - Now Sieve all dry ingredients such as 3/4 cup maida, baking soda, baking powder. Then add this dry ingredients to sugar butter mixture. - Mix all ingredients well and add chocolate chips. Add little milk to knead a dough. - Refrigerate it for 30 minute.
  6. Meanwhile take Nutella chocolate and put 1 tsp each for 4 or 5 times on butter paper and keep it in freezer for at least 25-30 minutes. - After 30 minute take a small sized dough and flatten it slightly. Combine the edges with a froze chocolate in the center and fill it well. Make a ball size then flatten it by making sure there are no cracks.
  7. Place them on greased baking sheet on plate - Stagger your cookies on the baking sheet, leaving 1-2 inches between each, to prevent the cookies from spreading and baking into each other.
  8. Now put this plate on rack kept inside preheated Pan. Heat on low flame for about 20 minute. Your stuffed Nutella cookies are ready.
