- If dough is too soft and sticky add just a little bit of flour.(1-2 tbsp)
- Place the dough in a greased bowl,cover with cling wrap and place in a warm place to proof for 1 hr atleast or until dough is double in size.
- Once dough is proofed,sprinkle little flour on your kitchen counter and transfer the dough to floored surface.
- Punch the dough and knead agian for few minutes.
- Roll dough using a rolling pin into rectangular shape.
- Using a spatula or butter knife spread the nutella across the rectangle in an even thin layer, about 1"inch away from the edge of the dough.
- Using fingertips gently roll the dough into a tight log.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the log into half,horizontally.
- Now we are left with 2 parts of dough.
- Pinch the top of both the dough together and start twisting them around each other to the bottom.
- Again pinch the bottom and top of the twisted log together to secure the loaf.
- Carefully lift the braided loaf into the center of the greased loaf pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap and allow to proof for a second time for 45 Minutes.
- Pre-heat oven to 190*C and bake for 20 To 25 minutes or the crust is slightly browned.
- Transfer the bread to cooling rack and allow to cool down for 10 -15 minutes
- Once it's cooled down sliced and serve with tea,coffee or glass of milk.
