  4. Add the oil and mix until well combined. Now add half of the apple and flour mixture. Also add half of the milk. Mix well till combined. Don't overmix.
  5. Now add the remaining flour mixture and milk. Also add the oats. Mix again till combined. Pour the batter in the cupcake liners. Bake for 30 minutes at 150 degree Celsius. Enjoy healthy apple muffins with your cup of tea or coffee. Or just carry in your lunch box.
