  2. And, knead it to a soft yet tight & sturdy dough by gradually adding the milk portions to it & adding the ground cardamoms to it absolutely customised by me & is completely optional
  3. Cover it with a cling wrap and allow it to rest for about 30-45 mins time before shaping it into the Cookie shapes with the Choco Chips toppings
  4. Put/arrange it into a rectangular/round/square baking tray/pan maintaining certain distances from each other because, while baked it inflates a bit than it's usual size and bake it in the already preheated oven @170/180C, for about 15-20 mins time (Varies with the Oven specifications) but not more, possibly
  5. Once it’s done take it out, allow it to cool down completely and serve them afresh along with your piping hot brewed tea or coffee or simply just anything else
