  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
  6. Take 50 ml milk
  7. Get 100 ml water
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp kalonji
  9. Get 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Steps to make Eggless Ladi pau:
  1. Sift maida and salt. Keep it aside
  2. Combine the milk and water and heat it till warm. Make a well in the flour,add sugar and yeast add the warm milk & water mixture and gradually knead to make a dough
  3. Incoperate butter in the dough and knead for 10 mins. Make a ball of the dough and keep it covered with a moist cloth in a greased bowl till it doubles in size
  4. Once the dough has doubled up, knock it back. Make 9 equal portions and put them in a greased 8*8 square tin. Put some kalonji and til on top. Prove till double in size
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for 15 to 20 mins till golden. Once out of the oven brush with oil. Cool for 10 mins and remove from the tin
