- After rolling then cut into shapes.see the rise in Oven…MashaAllah after out of fridge proofing and re kneading with nazi powder and yogart and unga. It will not stick at this stage..but if it does too sticky add a bit of oil on hand then apply to dough surface….then after cutting please don't forget to leave aside for about half hour or more to rise slightly more.then place in preheated oven InshaAllah until cooked.then butter surface..then can add the toppings
- MashaAllah fluffy and very soft..maybe not crispy due to not fryingtip 1 :if prefer bit crispy then make suger syrup with boiling suger to sticky this will form a crispy layer if done right.maybe another is apply butter over top in btwn baking.tip 2:if you decide to fry please reduce the butter and oil other wise these will be too greasy and not so nice…any other tip you may hav or know to help get a crispy top is very welcome!!
