  1. Make ready 2 ears fresh corn
  2. Make ready 1 medium red onion
  3. Make ready 1 medium tomato
  4. Get 1/8 cup diced pickled jalapenos
  5. Get 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  6. Make ready 1/4 cup or so cilantro, chopped
  7. Take 1 tbs or so oil for frying (I used soybean)
  8. Prepare To taste, salt and pepper
