Steps to make Basic plain cake:
  1. Separate egg white and yolk.. take egg white in a bowl and add sugar powder into it..then beat for 10 min til you get smooth foamy texture… in another bowl add egg yolk, add 3 spoon sugar powder 3 spoon milk 3 spoon oil + 1 spoon pineapple essence and mix well (cut and fold method)
  2. Now add egg white mixture to the egg yolk mixture and mix smoothly.. grease the cake mould with butter and pour the batter into it.. tap twice then place the mould inside the pressure cooker (which should be preheated add salt or sand 1 cups into cooker) preheat for 10 min.. close the cooker lid (without gasecate and whistle) cook for 45 min in a low flame..
  3. After 45 min open the lid and check whether cake is been cooked by using tooth pick(if stick is dry) switch off the flame… let it cool.. later remove the cake from the mould and cut into pieces..(seems to be more tasty after a day) serve wit the evening tea time snacks
