Steps to make Plain biryani:
- Soak 1 cup of rice for 30 mins

- Once the onion turn into golden brown, put the soaked rice by removing water, put 2 table spoon of coriander powder, mix well, close the lid, keep the flame in low.
- Open the lid put 2 glass of water. Close the lid. Keep in high flame.
- Once started bubbles keep the stove in low flame. Mix well. Close the lid again. Wait until rice gets cooked
- Once the rice cooked, take into a plate, garnish with carrot and serve hot
