The ingredients needed to make Carrot paratha:
  1. Get 2 cups wheat flour
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp ghee
  3. Make ready 2 big carrot grated
  4. Get 3/4 cup water
  5. Get 1 medium sized onion chopped
  6. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Take 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  9. Get 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  10. Take 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Take As per taste Salt
  13. Take 2 tsp mint leaves chopped
  14. Make ready As required Oil for frying paratha

Divide the carrot stuffing into round shaped balls and set aside. Roll each dough ball into a thick Heat a pan / tawa. Carefully place the paratha on the pan. Drizzle some oil and cook the parathas on.

Steps to make Carrot paratha:
  1. First in a bowl take 3/4 cup hot water add 1/2 tsp red chili powder, cumin powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix all well. Then in a mixing bowl take flour and added the spices water. Mix all together and add ghee and knead the flour. If required add little water and make soft dough. Cover and keep aside for five minutes.
  2. In another bowl take grated carrot, add onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mint leaves and salt. Mix all very well.
  3. Now take the dough. Make medium-sized balls.take one ball roll it on rolling board as a thick disc. Then put 2 tsp carrot stuffing in the middle and seal the edges. Then sprinkle some flour on rolling board and roll it.
  4. Prepare all the parathas like this.then take a tawa add little oil,cook the paratha on both side till golden brown.

Carefully place the paratha on the pan. Drizzle some oil and cook the parathas on. Carrot paneer paratha, a popular Indian flat bread stuffed with paneer. I have added carrot also to make it healthier. Normally i make rotis for dinner.
