The ingredients needed to make Carrot Paratha:
  1. Take 1 cup Grated carrot
  2. Make ready 2 TSP roasted besan/gram flour
  3. Prepare 1 TSP red chilli powder
  4. Take 1/2 TSP turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 1 TSP garam masala
  6. Make ready 1/4 cup oil
  7. Take 2 tsp Freshly chopped green coriander leaves
  8. Make ready 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
  9. Make ready 1 1/2 bowl Wheat flour
  10. Get to taste Salt

Divide the carrot stuffing into round shaped balls and set aside. Roll each dough ball into a thick Heat a pan / tawa. Carefully place the paratha on the pan. Drizzle some oil and cook the parathas on.

Instructions to make Carrot Paratha:
  1. First knead wheat flour by adding salt and 1 TSP oil and wash and grate the carrots
  2. Heat 1TSP oil add grated carrot,red chilli powder, Turmeric powder,saute for 2 minutes add roasted besan,garam masala and salt as per taste,saute till mixture looses the pan,add coriander mix well take it down,let it cool.
  3. Now take a small ball of wheat flour and stuff carrot mixture in it,roll paratha as usual
  4. Now heat non-stick pan,add some oil and roaste paratha from both the sides as usual.
  5. Parathas r ready to serve it with sauce or chutney.

Carefully place the paratha on the pan. Drizzle some oil and cook the parathas on. Carrot paneer paratha, a popular Indian flat bread stuffed with paneer. I have added carrot also to make it healthier. Normally i make rotis for dinner.
