This easy chicken casserole with potato bake is a smash hit because it's so creamy, cheesy and delicious. My whole family loved this casserole! I used Betty Crocker's AuGratin Potatoes mix in a box and it turned out great!! I also added the bread crumbs.

  2. Peel and Cut potatoes. Put in boiling water with little salt.let it half done. Drain d water.
  3. Mix pepper, crushed cloves, white and black pepper, dried ginger, salt, oil, curry, and knorr cube. Make a paste.
  4. Cut onions, green pepper, bell pepper and add in the potatoes. With the paste. And mix well
  5. Put in ur baking pan with the marinated chicken and put in a preheated oven. Bake for 45 mins untill wellcooked

I used Betty Crocker's AuGratin Potatoes mix in a box and it turned out great!! I also added the bread crumbs. For lighter and more sensitive palates, reduce the hot sauce measurement by half.
