  2. Take 1 1/4 cup Sugar

  7. Get 1 litre milk
  8. Prepare 2 crushed Cardamom

Instructions to make Carrot kheer:
  1. Slice the carrots, add cashews and badam along with it
  2. Add 1/4 cup or 60ml water(dont add too much water) and cook for 6 whistles
  3. Once done, let it cool and then add them to a mixer grinder and add 1 cup sugar
  4. Grind it to a fine paste
  5. Now take 1 litre milk and give it one boil
  6. Now add 5 tbsp of this boiled milk to the mixy jar of carrot paste and give it a turn
  7. Add a pinch of saffron to the boiled milk and keep the flame low..
  8. Lets make some caramel… for that on a hot pan add 1tbsp of sugar from the measured cup of sugar itself… Let the sugar melt
  9. Add 1 tbsp water once it melts and stir continuously… Then mix some of the boiled milk with this caramel and pour immediately to the boiled milk itself
  10. Now add the carrot paste slowly, while stirring continuously
  11. Add cardamom and keep the flame to medium…let it boil for 10 more mins…
  12. Garnish some sliced badam, chill it for 1 hour and then serve….it is awesome dessert for this summer๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
