The ingredients needed to make Carrot Paratha:
  1. Get 1-2 orange carrots grated
  2. Get 1 onion finely chopped
  3. Take 1/4 tsp curry leaves powder
  4. Prepare 2 tsp coriander leaves
  5. Take 1 tsp mint leaves
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  9. Take 1 tsp kasturi methi
  10. Get 1 tsp ajwain (carom) seeds
  11. Make ready 2 cup wheat flour
  12. Take To taste salt
  13. Take As needed water for kneading dough
  14. Make ready 2 tsp oil for kneading dough
  15. Get As needed ghee for making parathas

Divide the carrot stuffing into round shaped balls and set aside. Roll each dough ball into a thick Heat a pan / tawa. Carefully place the paratha on the pan. Drizzle some oil and cook the parathas on.

Instructions to make Carrot Paratha:
  1. In a bowl take wheat flour & all other ingredients except ghee & water.
  2. Mix it well. Pour water as required to make a dough.
  3. Take a medium sized ball from the dough sprinkle flour on it & roll it like a chapati.
  4. Heat tawa place paratha on it. When paratha gets bubbles over it flip & spread some ghee on it. Flip it again & apply some ghee on the other side of the paratha. Roast until it becomes little crispy. Your healthy carrot parathas are ready to be served.

Carefully place the paratha on the pan. Drizzle some oil and cook the parathas on. Carrot paneer paratha, a popular Indian flat bread stuffed with paneer. I have added carrot also to make it healthier. Normally i make rotis for dinner.
