  1. Prepare 2 cups dessicated coconut
  2. Get 1 1/2 cup condensed milk
  3. Take 10 pan leaves blended in blender
  4. Take 1/3 tbsp cardamon powder
  5. Take 3 tbsp ghee

Instructions to make Pan modak:
  1. In a kadai add ghee.. Than add coconut cardamon powder and let it saute for 2to3 minutes..turn of flame
  2. Remove kadai from gas and let it cool.. Later add grinded/blended pan leaves condensed milk and mix well
  3. Now take a small portion from mixture and make modak shape
  4. As all modaks are ready keep in fridge for 10 to 15 minutes
  5. Later serve it in plate and enjoy sweet sweet pan modak😊
