Fry fish after 10 minutes covered.This fish has a tendency to splutter so be careful while frying.Make a paste of mustard and cumin with green chillies and curd.Add tomato puree.Heat mustard oil.Sprinkle kalonji.When it splutters,add the ground paste and fry.Add turmeric,red chilli powder,salt and sugar to taste.Fry and add the fried fish.Add 1 cup water and boil till you get a thick gravy.
