- Continue stir frying until the onion changes color a bit then add some of the palm oil mix (not all)
- Stir fry for 2minutes still on low heat then pour this fried mixed into the rest of the palm oil mix and stir
- The unripe pepper gives this sauce a unique taste and aroma and also the palm oil stir frying gives a crunchy feel to the sauce. Enjoy π
