  5. Continue stir frying until the onion changes color a bit then add some of the palm oil mix (not all)
  6. Stir fry for 2minutes still on low heat then pour this fried mixed into the rest of the palm oil mix and stir
  7. The unripe pepper gives this sauce a unique taste and aroma and also the palm oil stir frying gives a crunchy feel to the sauce. Enjoy 😊
