- Apply ghee in Palm and now make small mini raw jamuns out of that dough and deep fry those jamuns in ghee in low flame.
- NOTE: Keep one thing in mind while frying jamuns is that it should be fried in low flame and ghee should never be hot. Else the outer part will seem done but inside it will be still raw.
- Now final assembling part.
- Take out jelly from the refrigerator, top up with mini Gulab jamuns, garnish with powdered digestive biscuits and kesar strands.
