  1. Get 1 kg dry Abacha
  2. Get 2 cksp palm oil
  3. Prepare 2 knorr cube
  4. Take 1/2 cup cray fish
  5. Get 2 big Roasted fish
  6. Prepare 2 sachet ukpaka
  7. Get 1 big onions bulb
  8. Get c Salt to tastepour

Add abacha toss to fully incorporate. If you like your abacha hot, set pot on medium heat and warm it through. Serve garnished with sliced onions, garden egg, green leaves (garden egg leaves or spinach) and serve with fried or roasted fish.   1. In a bowl pour enough lukewarm water to cover the Abacha drain and set aside.
  2. Slice your pepper, onions and slightly pound your crayfish.
  3. Pour your oil in frying pan and fry the onions, pepper,ukpaka, crayfish and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add a little water, Maggi and add the drain Abacha into the oil paste and stir very well.
  5. Serve with Roasted fish and ganish with onions, pepper and ukpaka.
