Instructions to make Granola:
- Pre heat oven
- Arrange all items
- Put dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Add salt,nutmeg,ginger,Cinnamon
- Mix together and combine
- Set aside
- In another bowl, pour coconut oil,flavor and honey. Mix well
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix all 2geda.
- Place little canola oil on baking tray.
- Spread parchment paper on d pan
- Spread granola evenly on the pan and put in oven for 10 mins at 150 degrees
- Remove and add coconut flakes
- Return into oven n bake for 5 mins
- Bring out and allow to cool
- When cool, add dry fruits,dates and raisins.
- Keep in an airtight container or zip lock.
