- The roasted peanut is processed first, remove the peel after roasting dry, blend with a dry mill to a fine powder and set aside(don't leave open so it doesn't become dense)
- Mix all the other ingredients powders in a big bowl (I processed them by slicing thinly and sundrying for about 3-5days,then took to the local mill and blended them)
- Add in the blended peanuts, seasoning, salt and knorr cubes then mix all thoroughly
- Your suya powder is ready
- You can use this spice to marinate meat for grills especially suya and even for serving grilled beef too
