  6. Roughly Blend the crayfish and add, followed by the meat. Remember u can still add any dry fish of ur choice aside the stock fish if you want. Check for salt and adjust. Then allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Finally… Select the curry leaves wash and add it. Ur ugu and scent leaf goes in last. remember ugu is optional. U can still cook with only curry leaves and scent leaves. If you have not been cooking ur ofe akwu with curry leaves and scent leaves together u are really missing! Try it to day and thank me later. Once you add the scent leaves with the ugu leaf u have to stir properly and bring it down! And ur highly inspirational ofe akwu is ready! 😂
