- Wash ur fish very well and keep aside
- Grind ur black pepper, dry pepper, garlic, dry ginger, African nut meg.
- In a bowl, put a little oil add in 2/3 of ur seasoning, and ur grinded spices and mix well.
- Make some slight cuts on ur fish to enable d ingredients to go in well.
- Dress ur fish with the mixture, making sure every where got it.
- Put d fish in ur baking tray and sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of ur ingredients on d fish.
- Grill d fish for about 15- 20 minutes, or until it’s done.
- Remove d fish from d griller and serve.
