Steps to make Layered idli muffins…..Baking:
- Add salt in idli batter and baking powder.
- Cut all veggies finely
- Heat butter in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Add onion and sauté for 1 minute just transparent
- Add all veggies add chilli little salt because we add salt in batter also.
- Mix it and cover it for 5 minutes to dry the water.
- Take muffins mould.add one spoon of idli batter.
- Add one tsp of veggies.and spread cheese on it
- Pour one spoon of idli batter and again.top with cheese.
- You can bake it for 10-12 minutes
- Eat with coconut chutney
