- In a frying pan, Add your cooking oil, heat abit then add some onions n not all of them.
- Sautee them to almost brown. Add salt n stir.
- Add in carrots n continue stirring.
- Cook them for 5 mins on low heat or until soft.
- Add your margarine n mix well.
- Add the onions that u had left behind..still stirring.
- Add green peas. mix well then cover your sufuria or frying pan. simmer for 5 mins on low heat.
- After 5 mins, add your assorted bell peppers, mix thoroughly, taste n correct your seasoning, put off the heat n cover your sufuria for 2-5 mins then serve.
- If you had prepared rice you can add them inn, mix well using a kitchen fork n serve your vegetable rice while hot. If theres no rice, feel free to use them the way they are or else you use them to make African beef stew.
