- Once tender, add royco and vinegar as you stir to finely incorporate them. Since soup is very vital for the kids add warm water and then heat a little bit for fine thick soup.
- Sprinkle the chopped coriander on top and set aside as you prepare your matoke
- For the matoke, once again peel them and slice into small sizeable pieces for easy biting by the kids.
- In a pan with cooking oil and salt heat it. Fry the chopped onions and garlic. Add the chopped tomatoes,sugar, royco and vinegar then simmer. To achieve a sweet taste that will arouse the kids appetite
- Once tender, add the green bananas with warm water and heat they're tender and finely cooked for easy chewing by the kids.
- Serve the matoke on a plate and glaze the beef on top. Let the kids enjoy their beef matoke with a touch of chilled juice in their tiny little mouths.
