  1. Take 1/2 cup jaggery
  2. Make ready 1 cup coconut. Grated
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup chooped almond mita and kis miss
  4. Make ready 1/2 tap cardomom powder
  5. Prepare 1/4 tap salt
  6. Take 1 cup water
  7. Prepare 1/2 tap ghee
  8. Make ready 1 cup rice flour

  4. When the flour is hOt,knead with your hand.prepare the modak with the help of modak mold.
  5. Place in steamer leaving gaps in between.cover and steam the modak for 10 minute or till the shiny retire appeared on them.finally offer to lord ganesha.
