The ingredients needed to make Traditional Udikachi modak:
  1. Get 1/2 cup jaggery
  2. Take 1 cup coconut. Grated
  3. Get 1/2 cup chooped almond mita and kis miss
  4. Get 1/2 tap cardomom powder
  5. Take 1/4 tap salt
  6. Make ready 1 cup water
  7. Make ready 1/2 tap ghee
  8. Take 1 cup rice flour
