- Take 500 gm -Sesame seed
- Prepare 500 gm Urad dal -
- Make ready 3-4 Boiled potatoes -
- Make ready 1/2 cup Sago -
- Make ready to taste Salt - according
Made from toasted sesame seeds, Chinese sesame paste (芝麻酱) is a thick, brown paste, with a strong, distinctive nutty aroma. It's widely used in Chinese cuisine, for noodles, salad, hot-pot dipping. Steps to make Sesame papad:
- Wash the sesame seed and dry for 1 hour in sunlight.
- Soak urad dal for 2 hours.Grind it to smooth paste.
- Soak sago for 30 min. Boil water(1 cup) in a pan, add soaked sago in it and cook for 20 min.
- Now add sesame seed, mashed potatoes and cooked sago in the paste.
- Mix all the ingredients with salt.
- Take a cloth put little bit of paste and Flattened with your hand.
- Dry both the side in sunlight, it will take 2 days to dry completely.
- Heat the oil fry all the papad in low flame.
