- After 2-3 minutes take out the plate and gently scrape the panori using spatula. Apply ghee and serve hot with ketchup and mint coriander chutney.

- Note- If the batter is thin then panori will fall into water. So make sure the batter is thick.
- Do not add too much of water to the vessel else the water will overflow while cooking. Add water as required after every 2-3 panori.
