- Wash & soak Masoor Dal for 30 mins.
- In a pan add 1 Tbsp oil and add all chopped and grated vegetables like potato, cabbage, carrot and onion. Add little salt and fry for 4-5 mins to release moisture. Set aside to cool.
- In the blender add Masoor Dal, almond flour, chopped ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, cumin chopped powder, lime juice, salt, parsley leaves, garam masala powder, black pepper powder. Blend to make a coarse paste and not a smooth one.
- Transfer the whole paste into a bowl and add the vegetables. Mix well.
- Grease your palm to make the Kababs. Give it any shape.
- In a pan heat Canola oil and fry the Kababs.
- Plate and garnish with lime wedges, coriander leaves and onion slices
