- Soak moong dal and grind it to a smooth paste.
- Add all the chopped veggies to it with curd.
- Prepare tadka. Heat oil, add rai and heeng followed by both dals, ginger and curry leaves.
- Pour this tadka to dal batter. Mix well. Add eno and salt. Grease the moulds and steam for 30 mins.
- Serve in any time of the day with any dip or chutney of your choice.
