  2. Prepare 3 cups rice
  3. Take to taste Salt
  4. Take Half medium size beetroot
  5. Make ready 1 tsp methi dana

All these herbs gives nice flavor and taste. Grind soaked daal to make a thicker batter. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala/all spice mix, Cumin and Carom seeds, asafoetida/hing powder, chopped green chillies, mint leaves and coriander leaves.
