The ingredients needed to make Moong Dal Dosa:
  1. Make ready 1/2 cup Green Moong Dal
  2. Prepare 2-3 Green chillies
  3. Get 1” ginger chopped
  4. Take 3-4 tbsp ghee to fry Dosa
  5. Prepare as per taste Salt

Steps to make Moong Dal Dosa:
  1. In a bowl soak Green Moong Dal for 45 mins. Drain and add to the blender.
  2. Add green chillies, ginger and salt to the Moong Dal. Add 1 cup water to make a coarse consistency. The consistency should not be thick or thin as Dosa won’t be formed well.
  3. In a Dosa tawa heat. Add a half cut onion to sweep across the Dosa pan. Add 1 ladle of the batter in the centre and slowly with the back of the handle make a thin crust.
  4. Add ghee in the sides. Fry on one side for 2-3 mins. Flip half and the Dosa would be browned and done in the bottom. Set aside. Complete the batches
  5. Enjoy with Chutney of your choice. I enjoyed with Dhania Chutney and Green Tea
