- Get 1/2 cup Green Moong Dal
- Get 2-3 Green chillies
- Prepare 1” ginger chopped
- Take 3-4 tbsp ghee to fry Dosa
- Prepare as per taste Salt

- In a bowl soak Green Moong Dal for 45 mins. Drain and add to the blender.
- Add green chillies, ginger and salt to the Moong Dal. Add 1 cup water to make a coarse consistency. The consistency should not be thick or thin as Dosa won’t be formed well.
- In a Dosa tawa heat. Add a half cut onion to sweep across the Dosa pan. Add 1 ladle of the batter in the centre and slowly with the back of the handle make a thin crust.
- Add ghee in the sides. Fry on one side for 2-3 mins. Flip half and the Dosa would be browned and done in the bottom. Set aside. Complete the batches
- Enjoy with Chutney of your choice. I enjoyed with Dhania Chutney and Green Tea
