  14. Take 1 Potatoes cut into small pieces

  16. Get 1/2 cup Cauliflour small pieces

  2. In cooker add desi ghee jeera, garlic, ginger, onion and fry untill it turns golden brown now add tomatoes salt, red chilli powder and saute it untill it soften now add vegetables and fry all veggies untill they become soft
  3. Add daal and rice and water in the pressure cooker and wait for 2 whistle, after that sim the flame. After five mins close the stove untill the pressure will release
  4. Khichdi is ready add desi ghee and black pepper. And serve hot.
