  1. Combine Toor dal,rice,salt,turmeric powder,1/4 tbsp hing, add green peas and 4 cups of water in a pressure cooker and pressure cooker 3 whistles
  2. Heat the ghee in a khadai add the cloves, cumin seeds,green chillies, onion saute on a medium flame for a 1 minute
  3. Add tomatoes and red chilli,a little salt saute on a medium flame another 1 minute
  4. Add the cooked dal rice mixture and 1 1/4 cup water.mix well and cook on medium flames for 2 minutes,while stir occasionally
