  9. Take 2 tsp Fresh coriander leaves

  1. Rinse and wash ½ cup moong lentils and ½ cup rice together very well. soak both of them together for 5minutes in water. Then drain and keep aside.take 3 cup of water and add turmeric powder and salt as per taste then close the lid of the cooker put on a gas untill 4 whistle come out.
  2. Then after sometime open the cooker and put a kadhai or(pan)pour ghee or oil cumin seed, chilli, garlic,ginger paste,red chilli powder,hing, coriander Powder,onion, tomatoes,fry them until they get brown colour after the pour the kichrdi and stir them well.
  3. Sprinkle fresh coriander enjoy with pickle, paper smashpotato bharta,nariyal chutney whater you like.
