- When the dough is set, make a big puri and make a holes using knife. Fry it in oil till they become crispy.
- Take a pan, add oil, cumin and crackle them then add onion and tomato. Saute them and then add hing, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and saute them, add salt and dal. Mix it nicely.
- Plate Dal in a bowl and puris in a plate, Add some chopped tomatoes and onions and serve with imli chutney. Enjoy.
