- Soak moong dal gram for 2 hours. Grind soaked mong dal with ginger, chilies, salt,hing in a mixer to a smooth batter adding enough water.The batter should have a consistency like a dosa batter.
- For filling, boil peas and add in geated paneer. Add salt chilly pd and chat masala. Mix it well
- The process of making mong dal chilla is same as dosa. Heat a tawa. Pour some water clean it with cloth and then apply 1drop oil and similar clean it with cloth lightly. Then pour batter on tawa. And spread it.
- Now spread 1tblsp of filling on it.. Cook for 1-2 minutes and fold it.
- Cut from middle and serve with tamarind chutney.
