  2. Take 1/2 cup idly rice/any rice
  3. Prepare 2 green chillies
  4. Get 1/2 inch ginger
  5. Get 1 tsp jeera
  6. Take 1 tsp whole black pepper/pepper powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp asfoetida/hing
  8. Get As Required Coriander Leaves (For Garnish)
  9. Prepare As per taste Salt
  10. Get 2-3 tablespoons oil for making dosa
