- Now add a pinch of baking soda & 1/4th tsp baking powder. Give it a mix. Now add this mixture into a cake tin & bake it for 30 mins on a low flame. Check the cake by inserting a toothpick.
- Now let it come to the room temperature. Till that time take half cup of Amul fresh cream, heat it in oven for 20 secs. or over the gas until it gets warm, don't boil it, just heat it. Now add few chocolate cubes (5 to 6) to it, stir it fast so that the cubes melts soon with the cream. Your chocolate ganache is now ready.
- Now make 1/4 th cup of plain sugar syrup. Divide the cake into two I.e. cut the cake horizontally from between as shown in the image. Now with the help of spoon pour little by little (3 to 4 spoons) syrup over both the pieces of the cake. Now add the Chocolate ganache on one part of the cake. Put another cake part over it.
- Now cover the upper part of the cake with rest of the ganache, spread the ganache evenly all over the cake & also on the sides. Now keep it in the refrigerator for about 10 mins. Now remove it and decorate its sides with some choco-chips.
- Now rest you can decorate the top layer of the cake as per your wish. I have decorated it with some white chocolate shapes made with white chocolate compound…
